Do you ship orders Internationally?

Yes! Our new website allows better integration with international courier services, so you no longer need to contact us in advance to arrange delivery. If you still have any questions, please get in touch via our online chat or contact page.

I'm new to foiling where do I start?

First of all, you've made a great choice to want to explore the World of Foiling! We have put together a few guides to explain each of the different disciplines of hydrofoiling. You can find the "Foil Guides" section at the very bottom of the page in the footer.

What do the different stock statues mean?

We use very specific stock statues to be as clear and transparent as possible with our customers. Full details can be found here on the "Stock Availability" page.

Will buying Foil Drive make me a better foiler? 

Foil Drive will give you way more opportunities to get on the water and start learning the many nuances of foiling. It’s a great tool and highly recommended.

How long is a Foil Drive warranty?

Foil Drive warranty is 12 months from purchase. If you have any questions or concerns please email us, however warranty claims are all dealt with by support@foildrive.com

How can I learn to foil?

By far the best way to see if you’ll like the sensation of foiling and what it’s all about is to book a lesson on a efoil board.
The efoil - Powered by an electric motor, you’ll have the opportunity to dial in your senses to flying.

I need to return my item, what do I do?

If the item you purchased is unused with its tags and ready for us to resell, then lease return it to:

We will check over the item before we process the item for refund.
However please be sure to package the item appropriately and insure for damage.
