The Apex Race Mast Series sets a new standard for hydrodynamic efficiency, stiffness, and control. Each model
— 77 cm, 85 cm, and 95 cm — is a unique, discipline-specific design, built from the ground up for its intended use rather than scaled from a single template.
Every Apex mast incorporates ultra-high modulus carbon, delivering a massive leap in stiffness and responsiveness for a given thickness. The result: a mast that’s faster, more agile, and up to 30% lower drag than our standard designs.
The Apex Mast features a multi-airfoil design tuned for low submerged efficiency, high  ventilation resistance, and low surface-piercing spray drag. Its aggressive taper was created using video to study how different parts of the mast are utilized in different disciplines and conditions, a deep dive on flex pattern and its effect on control,
optimization of a large range of airfoils to cover every use case, and finally the application of this knowledge in a way that meets riders demands of each size.
All Sizes of the Apex mast feature a forward-offset baseplate, minimizing swing weight and facilitating a more direct connection to the foil.

Discipline-Specific Design

Apex 77 – Optimized for straight line speed and glide downwind plus amazing manoeuvrability and
forgiveness prone foiling.

Apex 85 – Built for wing foiling, wave riding, and freeride control. A straighter midsection and unique top
airfoil reduce drag at aggressive lean angles and provide outstanding ventilation resistance and stability
through chop.

Apex 95 – The flagship race mast, engineered for maximum top-end speed, yaw stability, and ventilation resistance. It features a wider “sweet spot” than the 85, improving its control through larger chop at high lean angles.

Once we have sent your order, if you reject these importation charges - you will receive the full refund for the item when it is returned to us minus the total shipping and returns costs.

Items listed as 'Pre order' or 'in stock to order' may incur increases and we reserve the right to pass these over to you.

The shipping / postage of your item(s) will be automatically calculated based on weight/size. (in some cases ie Highlands of Scotland, there may be an additional surcharge)

We use Royal Mail for small items and TNT for larger items which require a signature at time of arrival.

FREE UK SHIPPING - This applies on some items and is sometimes displayed - however this is only for U.K orders and Excludes Scottish Highlands & Europe and Rest of the World.

What do our Stock Statuses mean?

In Stock - In Store = Available to buy now & collect in store or buy online now for delivery.

In Stock - Storage Hub = These items are in stock in Swansea although stored in a third party Storage Hub. Items can be collected from the Storage Hub Monday - Friday 8.30am-5pm. If you require items to be collected from our store you may want to call us to check when we can collect these for you.

In Stock - To Order = Available but allow an additional 5-10 days for delivery or collection. Please contact us for additional information.

Pre-Order = This product needs to be ordered from our supplier and will only be ordered once a pre order is made. Or we've made an order from our supplier and stock is due to arrive at some date in the future, this date will be communicated where possible on product the page.

Out Of Stock = This product is no longer available, or we are waiting for a confirmed date for when new stock will arrive.

We reserve the right to refund your purchase should stock not be available to ourselves at the time of ordering.
