CONSTRUCTION | TR3
TR3 Construction
-EPS Core
-Paulownia Wood Laminate
-Full Carbon Fiber Rails
This construction delivers an ideal balance of lightweight strength, responsiveness, and durability. Carbon rails enhance stiffness and energy transfer while maintaining a clean flex profile under load.
Foil Drive™ Compatible
The AVIATOR WING is fully compatible with the Foil Drive™ system. Carbon-only rail construction allows uninterrupted wireless communication between the hand controller and the Foil Drive™ unit—ensuring seamless signal transmission with zero interference.

ABOUT THE BOARD
GENERAL GOAL | DESIGN PHILOSOPHY
A high-performance wing foil board designed to deliver efficient takeoff, stable flight, and refined control once airborne.
CONDITIONS
Performs across all conditions, with tuning driven by wing size and rider input.
SKILL LEVEL
Intermediate to Pro
DESIGN INTENT
The AVIATOR WING was designed with performance characteristics at its core. Every contour, curve, and volume distribution is focused on efficiency, control, and responsiveness once on foil, while still maintaining composure during touchdowns and transitions.
SHAPE DETAILS | TECHNICAL OVERVIEW
OUTLINE
A slightly rounded, pulled-in outline compared to other boards in the range, paired with a parallel midsection. This creates balance and predictability at speed while maximising efficiency during sustained flight.
RAILS
Rounded rails with a subtle concave cutout positioned low on the rail reduce wetted surface area during touchdowns. This allows water to release cleanly and encourages smooth re-engagement with the foil.
ROCKER
A low-entry rocker promotes early lift and efficient takeoff, with added nose rocker to reduce the risk of catching or nose diving in variable conditions.
BOTTOM CONTOURS
Vee concave through the nose transitions into a double concave under the standing area. This contouring improves water flow, enhances release, and supports clean acceleration onto the foil.
DECK
A lightly concave deck lowers the rider’s centre of gravity for improved stability and control, while remaining shallow enough to prevent water pooling.
