Description
The PULSE has been designed around a new concept: a Rear Entry Smart Trench, which allows internal positioning of the Foil Drive unit while still keeping battery access fast and foil tuning precise. This gives riders a cleaner setup, improved responsiveness, and a more connected riding experience from takeoff to touchdown.
COMPATIBLE WITH FOIL DRIVE FUSION AND GEN2 UNIT INCLUDING : M7 paired T-NUTS , 4xM7/75mm screws, 4xM7/70mm screws
XSURF PULSE Foil Board Outline, Hull and Rails
The proportional outline scales width to length for better stability before flight with minimal sub-foil drag. A subtle double concave in the nose releases water at low speed and resists stalling, then fades to a flat base for instant speed and smooth lift.
- Nose Protection Pad – standard on all boards and helpful during foil mounting.
- CLOSED CELL FOAM – Closed-cell foam core for the PULSE Trench Board delivers a lightweight, durable, and highly water-resistant construction. Unlike open-cell materials, closed-cell foam does not absorb water, helping the board maintain consistent flex, low weight, and reliable performance in demanding conditions. It also supports very good signal transmission from the FD remote controller, improving communication reliability between the unit and control system.
Can I change the battery quickly on this foil board?
Yes. Loosen the paired track bolts, slide the unit back, and swap the battery. It is quick, easy, and secure.
What makes the XSURF PULSE stand out:
- Rear Entry Smart Trench for low-drag integration of the Foil Drive unit
- Fast battery changes by loosening the paired track bolts and sliding the unit back just a few centimeters
- Improved stiffness and direct response for better control and a smoother feel on the water
- Faultless signal transmission, supported by windowed construction and carefully engineered details, even in wet or submerged conditions
- Rocker tuned for assist power, with lower nose scoop for low resistance at slow speed and more forgiving touchdowns
- Rear open tracks and healthy tuning range for fast, precise foil position adjustment
- Closed-cell foam construction, offering lightweight durability, strong water resistance, consistent flex, and reliable signal performance
- Rounded longer waterline nose for better takeoff speed, improved glide, more balance, and enhanced crash safet
- Full one-piece deck pad, nose protection pad, and foil-specific tangle-free leash system
